Millions of people every day are hated by their pharmacist and don't realize it. Today, pharmacies are like factories, except that factory workers don't have to deal with the nonsense that pharmacists do; patients that want something for nothing, and insurance companies that feel that "nothing" is precisely the profit that the business should make.

"I'm sorry Ma'am, this insurance card has been terminated by the insurance company . . . no, I'm sorry, this one doesn't work either . . . okay, yes, that card works" What the F$%# do people keep their old, expired insurance cards for?
